• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of the active account relationship, plus five (5) years following account closure, to meet PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and AML obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Transaction and financial records: Retained for five (5) years following the date of the transaction, in compliance with PAGCOR licensing conditions and Philippine financial record-keeping requirements.
• Gaming activity logs: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the session, for the purpose of dispute resolution and PAGCOR reporting obligations.
• Customer support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the interaction, for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.
• KYC documents: Retained for five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with AML and PAGCOR identity verification record-keeping requirements.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with an identifiable individual.

The KYC verification process requires submission of a government-issued identification document that confirms the player's date of birth. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed, and all personal data associated with that account will be handled in accordance with the data retention and deletion procedures applicable to closed accounts.

taya08 reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or our data processing practices. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered taya08 players through in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date at the top of this Policy indicates when the current version entered into force. We encourage players to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the taya08 platform following the publication of an updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by RA 10173.

Where a proposed change to this Policy requires fresh consent under the DPA — for example, a new purpose for processing personal data that is not covered by the original consent — taya08 will seek that consent separately before the new processing begins.
