In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "taya08," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to taya08.club, its operating entity, and all services, games, and features accessible through the domain taya08.club.
• "Player," "you," or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the taya08 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on taya08 following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's taya08 wallet, excluding any bonus credits unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Credits" means promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, or any other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's account by taya08.
• "Games" refers collectively to all casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, fishing games, crash games, and any other wagering activity available on the taya08 platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government authority responsible for licensing and regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted into withdrawable real-money balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process that taya08 conducts to confirm a Player's identity, age, and jurisdiction.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to taya08 services is restricted by applicable law or by taya08 policy.

Use of the taya08 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. This minimum age requirement is imposed by PAGCOR and is non-negotiable. taya08 will require documentary proof of age during the KYC verification process.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be accessing taya08 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of taya08 complies with the laws applicable in your location.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship or who lack legal capacity may not register.
4. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order imposed by taya08, PAGCOR, or any other recognized gambling authority. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms are prohibited from circumventing such exclusions by registering new accounts.
5. Not a taya08 Employee or Affiliate: Employees of taya08, its operating entities, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any games or promotions on the platform.

To access real-money games and services on taya08, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following rules govern account registration:

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) taya08 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, same device, different devices, same IP address, or different IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where taya08 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and balances in duplicate accounts will be subject to forfeiture.

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the taya08 platform. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

taya08 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all registered Players. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document during account verification. taya08 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by taya08 may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya08 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. taya08 will never request your full password through any communication channel.

You must notify taya08 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party. taya08 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Deposits to your taya08 account may be made through the payment methods listed on the taya08 Cashier page, which include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and other methods as updated from time to time. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in the Cashier interface. taya08 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. taya08 aims to process verified withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within five (5) minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing times. taya08 reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures for large withdrawal requests.

taya08 is obligated under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to maintain anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that was previously used to deposit funds into the same account, wherever technically feasible. taya08 may request source-of-funds documentation for deposits or withdrawals that trigger AML review thresholds. Attempts to use the taya08 platform for money laundering or financial crime are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

The primary currency of the taya08 platform is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where cryptocurrency deposits are accepted, conversion to PHP equivalent occurs at the time of deposit confirmation using taya08's published exchange rate for that session.

taya08 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. The following general conditions apply to all taya08 promotions unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

1. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus balance or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms at the point of bonus acceptance.
2. Bonus credits and real-money balance are treated separately. Real-money balance is wagered first unless otherwise indicated in promotion-specific terms.
3. taya08 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter its terms, or cancel any bonus that has been credited as a result of an error, system malfunction, or fraudulent activity.
4. Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Subsequent deposits that qualify for reload bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms.
5. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements, or manipulation of the platform — will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
6. taya08 reserves the right to exclude any Player from eligibility for promotions at its sole discretion.

All games available on the taya08 platform are subject to the rules published by the respective game provider. In the event of a discrepancy between the information displayed on the taya08 interface and the game provider's certified rules, the game provider's certified rules shall take precedence.

Malfunctions in any taya08 game, including but not limited to display errors, connection failures, server interruptions, or incorrect payout calculations, will void all wagers and payouts affected by the malfunction. taya08 will not be liable for losses resulting from game malfunctions that are attributable to third-party software providers, network infrastructure, or force majeure events.

For live dealer games, the rulings of the presiding dealer and floor supervisor are final. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, taya08 may review recorded footage of the relevant game session. The decision reached following such review shall be final and binding.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the taya08 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of account registration or verification
• Using taya08 if you are under 21 years of age or if you are subject to a self-exclusion order
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any taya08 game or feature
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or bugs found on the taya08 platform — any such discovery must be reported to support immediately
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities
• Attempting to charge back deposits already used for gambling on the taya08 platform
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing taya08 staff or other Players through any communication channel
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical method to circumvent geographic or account restrictions applied by taya08

taya08 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and is required by PAGCOR to maintain and implement responsible gaming controls. The following tools are available to all taya08 Players and can be accessed from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that you set yourself. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications sent at intervals you define reminding you of your total playing duration in the current session.
• Reality Check: A pop-up that appears at user-defined intervals displaying your net session result to date.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary suspension of your taya08 account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to 6 months. During a cool-off, you cannot access your account or place wagers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the taya08 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any taya08 content without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taya08 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the taya08 platform.

taya08's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of real-money balance held in that Player's taya08 account at the time the claim arises.

taya08 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. taya08 will not be liable for any losses incurred during such periods.

taya08 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or another applicable authority
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus credits) remaining in the account will be returned to the Player through the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the completion of any required verification. Where the account was closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, taya08 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to taya08's internal dispute resolution process. Players must raise disputes through the official taya08 live chat support channel within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. taya08 will acknowledge all formal disputes within five (5) business days and issue a final resolution within thirty (30) business days of acknowledgment.

Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR for regulatory intervention in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures.

taya08 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players through in-platform notification. The revised Terms will take effect on the date published on this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the taya08 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure through taya08 support.
